Our FedEx account manager has informed us as of today the Brazilian Brands pre order shipments have arrived in the USA pending US Customs clearance, FDA approval plus Tax & Duties needs to be paid prior to delivery. Our office will be closed starting tomorrow 12/17 until 12/25. During this time, the store site will stay open, but order processing and shipping will continue after we have returned. Also during our office closure Sisi will continue to work with our FedEx account manager to ensure all logistics are handled swiftly so that all shipments will arrive at her residence by time our office reopens.
