Brazilian Brands (Phoenix Indie, Penelope Luz, By Vanessa Molina & Indie By Patty) Pre Order Shipping Update

Our FedEx account manager has informed us as of today the Brazilian Brands pre order shipments have arrived in the USA pending US Customs clearance, FDA approval plus Tax & Duties needs to be paid prior to delivery. Our office will be closed starting tomorrow 12/17 until 12/25. During this time, the store site will stay open, but order processing and shipping will continue after we have returned. Also during our office closure Sisi will continue to work with our FedEx account manager to ensure all logistics are handled swiftly so that all shipments will arrive at her residence by time our office reopens. We are very sorry for this convenience! If your order contains any of the Brazilian pre order items it will not ship until the pre order items have arrived. Prism Polish UK Pre Orders Shipping Update

Prism Polish UK pre order shipment has arrived in the USA since last Thursday however it's still going through DHL inspection, US Customs clearance, FDA approval plus Tax & Duties needs to be paid prior to delivery. Sisi has been working closely with DHL since last Thursday and will continue to work with DHL while on vacation to expedite the shipment release as swiftly as possible and deliver the shipment to her residence by time our office reopens.
