Shake Fill em’ Up base coat and apply one (1) or two (2) coats to bare nails. Allow to dry before applying nail polish. This base coat allows for better colour adhesion, is self-leveling and fast drying. With added sea salt, hydrolyzed wheat proteins and ceramic micro-spheres, product settles into nail plate ridges to deliver structural ridigity and hydration to nail plate.
