Does Color 4 Nails accept phone, fax, e-mail or mail orders?
Color 4 Nails does not accept phone or fax orders. We do accept e-mail and mail orders.

No, there is no minimum purchase requirement.
After I place an order, how do I track an orders progress?
You can track your orders progress by clicking on the order history under My Account. You will need to log into your account to see your recent orders which will allow you to track the progress of the order. You will also receive an e-mail once your order has shipped with your tracking number.
Can I modify or change an order once it has been placed?
An order cannot be modified or changed once it has been placed unless you contact us via e-mail or phone before your order has been processed and packaged.
How long does it take to process an order?
Normally it takes one to two days to process an order, excluding holidays.
Can separate orders be combined to save on shipping costs?
Once orders have been processed they cannot be cancelled or combined. If you contact us before the orders have been processed, the orders can be cancelled and you can reorder the items together to combine the shipping.
I just placed an order and do not see an order confirmation page. What do I do now?
Once you place an order, even if you do not see a confirmation page, more than likely the order was placed. You can contact us via e-mail or phone to confirm that your order was received.
I accidently placed a duplicate order. What do I do now?
Please contact us via e-mail or phone to cancel the duplicate order before the order is processed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be deleted.
What if an item is backordered or out of stock?
If an order is placed for an item and it is determined out of stock after the order has been placed, we will remove the item from your order and notify you that the item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item and you will be notified once the item is back in stock. We do our best to keep up on our stock and modify quantities to make sure that this will not happen. Out of stock items are never sold on our website.
What should I do if I receive a broken item or I am missing an item from my order?
Please contact us via e-mail or phone to notify us that an item was broken or missing. Please make sure you check the package thoroughly to make sure that no items were missed.
Can an out of stock or backordered item be preordered?
No, do not allow the preordering of out of stock or backordered items.

We only charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to Nevada. We are located in Nevada and are obligated to charge 8.1% sales tax on any order shipped to Nevada.
